I used curbside pickup it was just okay. I ended up waiting longer than I should have, which feels a bit unfair when the whole point is convenience. The staff did eventually find my order and they were nice enough about it, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but businesses should respect customers’ time better.

I ordered a pair of boots from kitterytradingpost.com, and for me the whole shopping part was painless. I found what I wanted without much hassle, checkout went smoothly, and I got my confirmation email right away, which I always like because I don’t want to sit around wondering if my order actually went through.
The only thing that bugged me a little was the shipping. It took a couple days longer than I was expecting, and I’m not the most patient when I’m waiting on something I already decided I wanted. That said, the tracking did keep updating, and when the box finally got here, it was in good shape. The boots were exactly the ones I picked, so no complaints there.
I’m taking off a little in my head for the slower delivery, and I do think the product photos could be better because I like to really know what I’m getting before I buy. But overall, I’m happy with how it went, and I’d probably order from them again if I saw something I wanted.

It took about a day to get a reply, but they was actually really nice and handled it without making it a big deal. They sent the replacement out and it showed up just fine. Would’ve been 5 stars if everything came right the first time, but overall I’m happy with how they fixed it.

I ordered a fleece and a pair of pants from kitterytradingpost.com, and overall the sizing was close for me. The fleece fit true to size, and the pants were just a little long, but not enough to be a big issue. The size chart was helpful, and shipping went fine too. Just a heads up for anyone ordering clothes from them: definitely check the size chart carefully, because I do wish there were more fit notes from other buyers. I’m giving it 4 stars because the order worked out, but a little more sizing feedback would make shopping easier

The order itself was okay and thankfully nothing was broken, but the packaging definitely wasn’t what I expected. The box showed up crushed and the tape was already half coming loose. For something being shipped, I figured it would’ve been packed a bit more securely.

They were helpful enough, I guess, and mostly nice. But one of the guys I talked to couldn’t really answer some basic questions about the gear, which was kind of not great. So yeah, okay experience, just not super confidence-making...
